Proposal: Allow for Paule and Page to use an existing building located at 13720 24th St. E. E-101, Sumner, WA 98390 (Parcels: 04201230560) for sorting, mixing and storing dried tea leaves and flavoring. This is a food processing use and requires a CUP in the M-1 Light Industrial zone. Dried ingredients will be sorted, mixed, packaged, stored and shipped. No dehydrating or roasting will take place onsite.
