NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner City Council has fixed the 3rd day of February, 2014 at 7:00 PM in Sumner City Council Chambers, located at 1104 Maple Street, Sumner, Washington, as the time and place for a public hearing on amendments to the Zoning Code (Title 18):  ZA-2 amends regulations relating to automotive sales expanding in the Medium Density Residential zones. The City Council will be considering additional amendments including but not limited to: a) limit future expansion, b) require a masonry wall or fence, and c) increased parking standards (PLN2013-00063).

Written comment may submitted to the City of Sumner City Clerk, 1104 Maple Street, Suite 250, Sumner, WA 98390, by 5:00 pm February 3, 2014 or at the public hearing.
