NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner SEPA Official has issued a SEPA DNS on the Parks & Trails Plan which addresses the needs and desires of the community. This updated plan assesses our current inventory, levels of service, and works with the community to identify what they would like the parks and trails system to become.

The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, and request a copy of the final decision. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. This decision was made after reviewing a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public on request.
