Notice is hereby given under that the City of Sumner is issuing a Draft Comprehensive Plan, East Sumner Neighborhood Plan, Municipal Code Update, Transportation Plan, Capital Facilities Plan, Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (Draft SEIS), and East Sumner Neighborhood Planned Action. The Draft SEIS is also intended to fulfill the SEPA requirements for Planned Action environmental review consistent with WAC 197-11-164 to 172.
