Description of Proposal:  The proposal is to construct a parking facility for semi-trucks/trailers.  The project consists of paving approximately 2 acres of an existing 3-acre grass/gravel-covered parcel for a truck parking lot, stormwater treatment, new driveway approaches, street frontage improvements, and perimeter landscaping.  Because the project is partially located within the 100-year floodplain, the proposal includes a Habitat Management Plan and an excavated flood storage/habitat pond area.
