Description of Proposal: The proposal is to construct a commercial/industrial facility, consisting of two office/warehouse buildings at approximately 20,000 s.f. each, for a total future buildout of approximately 40,000 s.f. , and associated parking areas, loading bays and landscaping, on a 3.36- acre site. The initial phase will include one 20,000 square-foot (approx.) building and associated parking on one half of the site; and a fenced equipment and service yard on the other half of the site. The project will include clearing and grading, new building, and utilities and stormwater upgrades.
