NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner Planning Commission has fixed the 3rd day of November, 2016 at 7:00 PM in Sumner City Hall’s Council Chambers, located at 1104 Maple Street, Sumner, Washington as the time and place for a public hearing on zoning code text amendments that would prohibit “marijuana cooperatives” in all zoning districts. (PLN-2016-0084)
Any persons desiring to submit written comments concerning this application may submit written comments or requests to the City of Sumner, Attn: Eric Mendenhall, 1104 Maple Street, Suite 250, Sumner, WA 98390. Written comments may be submitted prior to the hearing by 5:00 pm, November 3, 2016 or at the public hearing.
