SEPA MITIGATION MEASURES

Lead Agency:                       City of Sumner

  1. The proposed project will traverse wetland and stream buffers. The project shall obtain a variance from the critical areas regulations as set forth in SMC 16.40.120 and 16.56.100.
  2. The project shall comply with the approved Wetland and Stream Investigation and Delineation Memorandum and Habitat Management Plan, received August 11, 2015.
  3. A final mitigation plan, which will include landscaping plans per SMC 18.41 shall be provided and approved prior to permit issuance.
  4. Annual monitoring reports shall be provided as set forth in SMC 16.56.080(C).
  5. Must comply with any conditions required by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
