Proposal Description: Excavate and temporarily stockpile on site approximately 500 cubic yards of soil that has been contaminated with heavy metals and petroleum; test stockpiled soil to meet Dept. of Ecology cleanup regulations; transport approximately 200 cubic yards of contaminated soil to a to a licensed treatment/disposal facility. Project will follow a Cleanup Action Work Plan to be approved by Dept. of Ecology.
