All new development requiring a building permit pays a transportation impact fee based on the number of new P.M. peak hour equivalent car trips generated by the development, depending on that development’s location within the city.
Use the Traffic Impact Packet: the map on the last page will show you which transportation districts your project is in and the other pages will help you calculate your fees. As always, contact us to help you through the process so that there are no surprises during your project with impact fees.
