Notice is hereby given that the CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING on a Comprehensive Plan Map change and Rezone for School District Parcels at Elhi Hill/Main Street as described below. The public may provide written comments before the deadline on 2/12/21 to firstname.lastname@example.org, and participate in the public hearing on February 16, 2021 at 6pm.
The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.

Proposal Description: Update the Comprehensive Plan Map designation for 3 parcels at Elhi Hill School currently owned by the School District to a Public-Private Utilities/Facilities designation. Also, for 2 parcels at Elhi Hill on Main Street (1518 Main Street & 914 Meeker Avenue), change current zoning from Central Business District to Neighborhood Commercial on the Zoning Map. Third parcel to the south (908 Meeker Avenue) would remain a Low Density Residential zone.
