Description of Work:

Demolition and removal of structures and all personal property on the following parcels, with a mandatory pre-submittal site visit on September 27th:

1.       14001 16th St E, Sumner, WA 98390, parcel #7965000011

2.       14017 16th St E, Sumner, WA 98390, parcel #7965000030 & 7965000040

All work shall be completed in conformance with the 2021 WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, and the City of Sumner Development Specifications and Standard Details.

Bid Submittal:

Bids must be submitted on the Proposal included in the bid package. Bid package can be found here .

Bids must be emailed or delivered to Robert Wright, at robertw@sumnerwa.gov no later than 10:00 a.m., on Monday October 4th, 2021.

A formal bid opening will not be held.  Upon selection of a contractor, a summary of all bids received for this project will be available on the City of Sumner website at https://sumnerwa.gov and https://solicitbid.com/index.aspx
