Notice Of Decision
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner Environmental Official has issued an MDNS for City of Puyallup to replace a 2,890 foot long section of cast iron water main along sections of Railroad Street, Washington Street, 57th Street E Street, Fryar Ave and along Traffic Ave, with some work occurring on private property. Additional details can be found below.
The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.

Location: Sections of Traffic Ave, Fryar Avenue and 57th Street East Street Right of Way. Some work will occur within BNSF ROW at the intersection of Washington Street and Railroad Street and continues west across 57th Street.

Description of Proposal: The City of Puyallup is replacing approximately 2,890 linear feet of existing cast iron water main with a 24- inch and 16-inch ductile iron water main. The new water main will extend from the existing connection at the intersection of Railroad St and Washington St northwest to 57th St E then southwest through Fryar Avenue, extending to Traffic Avenue where it will connect with the existing water main. Work will include trenching, installing water main, and backfilling.
