Notice is hereby given that the CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING on a Comprehensive Plan Map change and Rezone – School District Parcels At Mason Street/Wood Avenue as described below. The public may provide written comments before the deadline on 2/12/21 to, and participate in the public hearing on February 16, 2021 at 6pm.

The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.

Proposal Name: Comprehensive Plan Map change and Rezone – School District Parcels at Mason Street/Wood Avenue

Proposal Description: Update the Comprehensive Plan Map designation for 11 parcels at Mason Street & Wood Avenue next to High School currently owned by the School District to a Public-Private Utilities/Facilities designation. Also change current zoning from Medium Density Residential to Low Density Residential (same zoning as high school property).
