NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner has received an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a Convenience Store and fuel station. Additional details can be found below and with the project documents.

The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.

Comments will be accepted if filed with the Development Services Department on or before 5:00pm on April 14th, 2023. Comments and testimony may also be presented during the public hearing either in person or through remote access.
