Description of Proposal: This is a mandated periodic review to Sumner’s Shoreline Master Program (SMP). The scope of this periodic review is to create consistency with Sumner’s Town Center Plan allowed building height, create consistency with critical areas regulations, update the SED map with most recently adopted FEMA FIRM data and housekeeping items to stay consistent with changes to agency and ecology language.
