Description of Proposal: Soil remediation on approximately .75 acre site (former gas station), involving excavation and removal of approximately 3,600 cubic yards of contaminated sediments, installation of an air sparge/soil vapor extraction and treatment system (AS/SVE), placement of clean fill material, and monitoring of soil and groundwater for up to 4 years per Washington Department of Ecology regulations.  Upon site cleanup and closure, the site will be paved and graded to match surrounding parking area.
