Description Of Proposal:  SEPA environmental review for new development regulations (Zoning Code amendment) that would establish standards for asphalt batch plants in the following zones: Resource Protection, Residential Protection, Low Density Residential, East Sumner Urban Village/General Commercial, East Sumner Urban Village/Low Density Residential and Heavy Industrial (M2) zoning districts. No project is proposed at this time; future environmental review will be conducted separately at the time a project is proposed.
