Proposal Name:Comprehensive Plan Map change and Rezone – HOUSTON ROAD UGA
Proposal Description:1)  Parcels located in Sumner UGA:  For 10 parcels outside of city limits but in Sumner’s Urban Growth Area (UGA), change Comprehensive Plan Map from General Commercial to Light Industrial. The Comprehensive Plan establishes the type of development that would occur if parcels annex into the city in the future.   2)  Parcels located within Sumner city limits:  For 4 parcels within Sumner city limits, change Comprehensive Plan Map from General Commercial to Light Industrial.   Also change current zoning from Low Density Residential (3 parcels) and General Commercial (1 parcel) to Light Industrial (M-1) on the Zoning Map.
3)  Update Zoning Code regulations for Light Industrial (M-1) zone.
