City of Sumner Request for Qualifications
The City of Sumner solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in real estate services related to analysis regarding market impacts of asphalt concrete batching facilities. Services are anticipated to commence in October of 2019 and extend for approximately one (1) month with the option for the City of Sumner to extend it for additional time and money if necessary.
The City of Sumner reserves the right to amend terms of this “Request for Qualifications” (RFQ), to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. The City of Sumner reserves the right to retain the services of responsive firm(s) for subsequent phases including construction management services associated with this project. Prospective consultants will be held to the ADA and Civil Rights language adopted by the City of Sumner.
