NEW TO ONLINE UTILITY BILL PAY?  It’s easy to get started.  Here are a few tips to help you:

1.  Have your paper bill in front of you.

2.  Enter the following information:
Last Name Field: enter as it appears on your bill.
* If you are a business, type the entire name as it appears in the last name field of your paper bill only.
* If you are a tenant, enter the owner’s name that appears on the top of your bill.

First Name Field: enter as it appears on your bill.
* If you are a business, leave this field blank.
* If you are a tenant, enter the owner’s name that appears on the top of your bill.
* If there is only one word on the top of the bill that is used for the last name field only, leave the first name field blank.

Customer Number: enter from your bill.  It should look something like 001234-000 (Make sure to have the dash before the last three zeros!)

E-mail address: Use the address to which you would like us to send the password if you forget it.

Password: Please do not use your name or account number

Okay, now you’re ready to pay your bill online.
