Our online utility bill pay system is currently down. The software vendor is looking into the issue. In the meantime, we will not proceed with shut-offs as scheduled for 2/28/23 and will update the timeline when the system returns. You can still pay by credit card, check or cash at City Hall.

The Sound Transit Sumner Station access improvement project is located at the existing Sumner Station. This proposal will be a new 4 ½ story structure, with 5 levels of parking for 612 parking spaces including new EV charging spaces and new bicycle storage spaces within the structure. The project improves non-motorized access to the Station, including construction of a bus turnaround loop at the center of the site. Access and site improvements include new pedestrian connections and landscaped open spaces, decorative paving, lighting and parking area landscaping. The project will also include stormwater runoff retention and treatment against pollution generating impervious surfaces.
