NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner Planning Commission has fixed the 5th day of March, 2020 at 6:00 PM in Sumner City Hall’s Council Chambers, located at 1104 Maple Street, Sumner, Washington as the time and place for a public hearing on city-wide Zoning Code amendments that would establish standards for asphalt batch plants in the Resource Protection, Residential Protection, Low Density Residential, East Sumner Urban Village/General Commercial, East Sumner Urban Village/Low Density Residential and Heavy Industrial (M2) zoning districts (PLN-2019-0081).
