Notice is hereby given that the City of Sumner Environmental Official has received a SEPA Checklist and application for a proposed update to Interchange Commercial regulations and industrial zone regulations related to automotive collision services and boat sales, as described below. The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.
Proposal Name: Update of City Regulations for Interchange Commercial & Industrial Zones
Proposal Description: SEPA environmental review for an update to City of Sumner regulations in the Zoning Code (Title 18) to allow: 1) automotive collision services in the Interchange Commercial and Industrial zones; and 2) boat sales as outright permitted use in the IC zone; and 3) updating allowed use tables, updating related definitions, and adding performance standards for collision services. No project is proposed at this time.
