NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner (lead agency) has determined that this proposal does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment and does not require an environmental impact statement under RCW 43.21C.030 (2)(c).  This decision was made after review of completed environmental checklist and documents on file.  DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2); City will not act for 14 days from the date issued below.

Description of Proposal: Project site is approximately 0.44 acres. Proposed removal of 1,343 SF single-family residence and relocate an existing office building from another parcel #4495400683 onto this site. Construction includes new foundation for the 1,578 SF office building, addition of parking areas, landscaping and pedestrian walkways, and paved maneuvering areas. This project will also include stormwater facilities, a 10-foot ROW installation of street frontage along 132nd Ave, required buffer landscaping and pedestrian connections. This site is adjacent to Soatin Creek, type-3 stream, within a Type-III wetland. Project scope falls just outside of the 100-foot buffer. The project will comply with required buffers and provide buffer enhancement planting on their parcel.
