Our online utility bill pay system is currently down. The software vendor is looking into the issue. In the meantime, we will not proceed with shut-offs as scheduled for 2/28/23 and will update the timeline when the system returns. You can still pay by credit card, check or cash at City Hall.

Sumner residents: please note that northbound SR 167 will be closed overnight from SR 410 to 24th Street East beginning at 10:00 PM on Monday, June 23 through 3:00 AM on Tuesday, June 24 for installation of new sign bridges and toll-gantry structures. During this time, the SR 410 on-ramp to northbound SR 167 and the northbound off-ramp at 24th Street East will also be closed. A clearly marked detour will be in place—please allow extra travel time. Work is weather-dependent and may be rescheduled if conditions aren’t favorable; for the latest updates, check the SR 167 Corridor Improvements project page, WSDOT’s Travel Center map or mobile app, or sign up for King County email alerts. Thank you for your patience as we improve our highway.
