Our online utility bill pay system is currently down. The software vendor is looking into the issue. In the meantime, we will not proceed with shut-offs as scheduled for 2/28/23 and will update the timeline when the system returns. You can still pay by credit card, check or cash at City Hall.

DM Disposal Rates

 The City of Sumner is increasing the refuse rates in accordance with the contract with D.M. Disposal. The contract calls for an annual CPI adjustment of eighty percent (80%) of the change in the October Consumer Price Index (CPI-U) computed by the Seattle-Tacoma Area, plus an additional increase to reflect unforeseen costs related to the processing of recyclables. The following rates are a sample of the most common services. The increase will take effect
