NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Sumner has fixed Monday,
July 7, 2025, at approximately 6:00pm, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall at 1104 Maple Street, Sumner, Washington, as the time and place for a public hearing to receive public comment on the formation of a Transportation Benefit District (TBD) per RCW 36.73.050. Written comments must be submitted by 4pm the day of the hearing to the City Clerk, Michelle Converse at michellec@sumnerwa.gov.
