The City of Sumner has issued a Draft Industrial Wastewater Permit (SIU-2026-001) for American Structures & Design, located at 1801 132nd Ave E, Suite 100 Sumner WA 98390 (Parcel 4495401281). The facility receives formed aluminum extrusions from third-party vendors, then cuts, drills, and assembles those components prior to cleaning, rinsing, and surface finishing. All wastewater generated is neutralized and conveyed to a transfer/clarifier configuration and then to a final discharge tank. The pretreated effluent is discharged to the City’s POTW at a maximum rate of approximately 900 gallons per day.
