NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council of the City of Sumner has scheduled a special Council meeting for October 12, 2026, beginning at 6:00pm and held at the Council Chambers, 1104 Maple Street, for the purposes of:
Executive Session – to discuss litigation or potential litigation with legal counsel, pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)(ii).
Consent Agenda – To consider whether to authorize the Mayor to file a lawsuit seeking collection of delinquent utility charges and penalties from Sumner Ridge LLC.
The regularly scheduled Study Session will begin at 6:30pm.
