NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Larson and Associates has applied for a Conditional Use Permit CUP-2025-0001 for a Mortuary Cold Storage Building. The public is invited to comment on this Land Use Permit and attend the public hearing detailed below. Additional information can be found on our website with the project documents.
The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments, participate in the public hearings/meetings, and request a copy of the final decision.

Comments will be accepted if filed with the Development Services Department on or before 5:00pm on October 14th, 2025 or written or verbal testimony may be presented during the hearing.
