Description of Proposal: American Structures & Design Inc. is at 1801 132nd Ave SE, Sumner, WA. 98390. It conducts business in a Concrete tilt-up building, approximately 73000 sf and assembles aluminum building products (railings, balconies, and sunshades) and powder coating these products. Prior to powder coating, they clean these products with a 4-stage wash system that will generate wastewater. This water will be PH-balanced to meet all local and state requirements before discharging to POTW. All of these processes are done within the 73000sf building.
