Our online utility billing will not be available starting at 4:00 PM Wednesday January 21, 2026 for a scheduled system update.  Service is expected to resume by Monday, January 26th. Our vendor assures us this maintenance will not change any settings or accounts. You should not be able to spot any differences when it comes back online Monday, January 26. This is all for back-end maintenance, and we appreciate your patience.

Please note: the whole system is down, which means if you come to City Hall in person, we can’t look up your account or take credit card payments for your account.
