NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Sumner has fixed Monday,
April 1, 2024, at approximately 6:00pm, in the Council Chambers, located at City Hall, 1104 Maple Street, Sumner, Washington, as the time and place for a public hearing on the declaring an item purchased with restricted utility funds as surplus to the City’s needs (35.94.040 RCW). All persons who wish to provide testimony are hereby notified to appear and present such testimony at such hearing. On April 15, 2024, Council will consider a Resolution declaring the equipment surplus. Written comments must be submitted by 5pm the day of the hearing to City Clerk Michelle Converse at michellec@sumnerwa.gov.
