NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner SEPA Official has issued a determination of non-significance on a Zoning Code Text Amendment to address Food Truck Pods in Sumner Municipal Code Title 18 Zoning.

Comments will be accepted if filed with the Development Services Department on or before 5:00pm on July 8, 2026.
