The City of Sumner received $2.9 million from the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), half in 2021 and half in 2022. How is the City spending this funding? A Council committee continues to explore and answer this question. The Council has passed three rounds of funding to date with approximately $223,676 left to allocate.
