NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner is considering the vacation of the right-of-way described below.
Project Name: Kincaid Avenue Partial Right-of-Way Vacation
Location: Kincaid Avenue, south of Main Street (see diagram below)
Description of Proposal: The City is proposing vacating a 15-foot wide and 240-foot long portion of the Kincaid Avenue public right-of-way. The City will conduct a public hearing before the City Council for consideration of vacating the right-of-way for further development of Heritage Park.

Comment Period(s): Comments must be submitted in writing to the City Clerk by 5:00pm on November 30, 2026.
