With fishing season beginning August 19, visitors should be aware that public parking is not available at the Wastewater Treatment Facility due to ongoing construction. No-parking signs are also in place along portions of State Street near the work area, and vehicles parked in restricted areas may be towed.
Drivers may encounter “Local Access Only” signs, temporary fencing and construction activity in the area. Please plan ahead, use alternative parking where available and avoid driving to the treatment plant in search of parking. These restrictions are expected to remain in place through the end of October.
