Description of Proposal: The City of Sumner has applied for (CPA-2025-0005) amending the Comprehensive Plan to be consistent with the board approved SBLSD Capital Facilities Plan, approved November 2024. The new Capital Facilities Plan includes additional information on future capital facilities improvements such as the Sumner High School Master Plan and Daffodil Valley Elementary Improvements. The new school district Capital Facilities Plan provides necessary updates to project costs, impact fees, enrollment, and capacity. These updates will be reflected on several pages throughout the City-wide Capital Facilities Plan chapters. The Capital Facilities Plan is adopted by reference as an appendix to the Sumner Comprehensive Plan.
