XCJ Corp DBA Mila Dumpling
The City of Sumner has issued a Draft Industrial Wastewater Permit (SIU-2026-002) for XCJ Corp DBA Mila Dumpling, located at 1515 Puyallup St Sumner WA 98390 (Parcel 0420138019). The facility receives raw food ingredients, including meats, vegetables, and dry goods, which are blended in commercial mixers. Fillings and wrappers are portioned, shaped, and frozen. Equipment washing and sanitization wastewater is pretreated by settling, filtration, and pH adjustment prior to discharge to the City’s POTW at a maximum rate of approximately 45,000 gallons per day.
