Notice of Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner is considering vacation of the alley described below.
Project Name: Harrison Alleyway Vacation
Location: A portion of the public right of way that lies to the immediate south of Harrison Street and east of Hunt Avenue. The portion of right-of-way lies within parcels #4250000194 and 4250000231 and is between blocks 7 and 8 of the Greenlawn subdivision. Please see diagram and picture below.
Description of Proposal: Conduct a public hearing before the City Council for consideration to vacate the above described portion of right of way. This portion of public right-of-way will return to the adjacent property owner.
Applicant: SJS Investments, LLC
Date of Hearing: Monday March 16, 2026 during the regular Council meeting. The meeting starts at 6:00pm in City Hall Council Chambers.
Required Approvals: City Council Approval
