Scope: The City of Sumner is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consultants to provide Construction Management Services for the White River Restoration Project (WRRP) to include: construction management services, constructability review, construction inspection, and construction administration/document control. These services will be in coordination of Natural Systems Design, who will provide engineering support as the designer of record.
The WRRP will restore over 200 acres of floodplain. In coordination with BNSF railways (who is simultaneously constructing a siding track project); approximately 1 million cubic yards of material will be excavated, 2 miles of instream channel created, and over 100 wood log structures created. Notes: Obtain the RFQ document for this Public Works Project at the owner’s website.
