The project takes place on the vacant lot north of the library and will include the construction of a 6 story mixed use development on an approximately 1.07 acre site in Sumner’s Town Center Station District. The development will include 127 residential apartment units, 1,515 sf of commercial space, structured parking containing 165 parking stalls, plaza space, landscaping, outdoor seating, frontage improvements (sidewalks, planter strips, lighting, trail), and storm water management.
