Our online utility bill pay system is currently down. The software vendor is looking into the issue. In the meantime, we will not proceed with shut-offs as scheduled for 2/28/23 and will update the timeline when the system returns. You can still pay by credit card, check or cash at City Hall.

Did your payment for your Sumner utility bill get returned to you in the mail? That’s because we’re no longer using the third-party company Retail Lockbox to process payments. Please resend any payment to City Hall at 1104 Maple Street, Sumner WA 98390. You can also pay online as well. Hint: if you have automatic payment set up through your bank, make sure you change the payment address there as well!
