Our online payment system is working normally after being down for an extended time last week. Thank you for your patience during the outage.
What’s Working Now
- One-time online payments are available and processing normally.
- It appears that all payments established with the Autopay feature processed on Sept 15.
- In-person and mail payments remain available as always.
Late Fees & Shutoffs
Because online payments were unavailable for over a week, the City will not assess penalties or schedule shutoffs for this billing cycle.
For Customers Enrolled in AutoPay
- Again, it appears that payments set up with AutoPay started processing in the system on the morning of September 15. Customers likely received an email confirmation as normal.
- Our goal is to ensure no duplicate charges occur for customers who paid by another method during the outage. If you see an issue with your account let us know.
- If, somehow, your Autopay payment is missed this month, you can pay it next month with your October bill with no penalties for late payments.
What You Can Do
- Log in to the portal and confirm your current balance before your regular draft date.
- If you already paid and later see an automatic draft for the same bill, contact Utility Billing (see below) so we can resolve it.
