Welcome Councilmember Mark Isaacs! Mayor Bowman led the swearing in of Sumner’s newest Councilmember on Monday, August 24. In his application, when asked about his vision for Sumner, Councilmember Isaacs wrote, “The City of Sumner’s culture is shaped by the choices we make. Every planning decision, public investment, community event, and partnership communicates what the City of Sumner values.” Welcome, Councilmember Isaacs!
