Union Pacific Railroad requires emergency repairs on the railroad crossing at 24th Street in Sumner. Work is scheduled for Monday, November 11, 8 am – 3 pm. Expect all lanes of 24th Street to be closed between 136th Ave E and 138th Ave E. All through traffic, including freight, will need to use the detour of 136th Ave E, 16th Street E and 140th Ave E. Local traffic can still access 138th Ave E. Alternately, freight can also use the Traffic Avenue exit from SR 410 to access businesses in the Manufacturing Industrial Center.
