Online utility bill payments are working normally now after being down most of last week.
Late fees and shutoffs will not be assessed this billing cycle. Learn more.

Beginning Monday, September 29, 2025, we’ll be online with the new processor. Your online credentials will remain the same – you will NOT need to re-register with a new login name or password. You may need to re-link your utility account number, which can be found on your bill. You WILL need to reset any payment settings you had within your account: you’ll need to re-enter your credit or debit card information, if you had it automatically stored and/or reset any auto-payment settings.

Why do you need to re-enter your financial information? All financial information is stored with the transaction processor, the City has no access to it (part of our Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, or PCI DSS, compliance). When we change processors, the new processor will not have access to the financial data from the old processor. This is a security measure to continually safeguard your financial data.
