Our online utility bill pay system is currently down. The software vendor is looking into the issue. In the meantime, we will not proceed with shut-offs as scheduled for 2/28/23 and will update the timeline when the system returns. You can still pay by credit card, check or cash at City Hall.

We are an accredited law enforcement agency, which means we follow the highest standards for law enforcement. Our greatest asset as a department is our officers and support staff. They understand the importance of what they do and have a strong sense of duty and pride when it comes to protecting and serving you. Click here for a full message from Chief Moericke.

🛍️ Black Friday Safety Tips 🛍️

Black Friday is almost upon us! While you're hunting for deals to shop next week, keep in mind some of these safety tips!

1. Plan ahead by making a list of what you need and map out your route. Check store opening times and online deals to avoid any last-minute chaos.

2. There's safety in numbers! Having a shopping buddy can deter potential thieves.

3. Keep your valuables secure by carrying your wallet or purse close to you.

4. Be aware of your surroundings. Stay alert and report any suspicious behavior to security, or police if it warrants a true emergency.

5. Drive carefully. Be patient, watch for pedestrians, and avoid distracted driving.
