NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Sumner SEPA Official has issued a MDNS threshold determination for SEPA-2023-0010 a proposal to demolish an old gymnasium building located in the M-1 zone. Additional details can be found below and with the project documents.

The public has the right to review the contents of the official file for the proposal, provide written comments and request a copy of the final decision. Comments may be emailed to the staff contact below or mailed to the attention of the staff contact at 1104 Maple St. Sumner, WA 98390. Comments will be accepted if filed with the Development Services Department on or before 5:00pm on March 15th, 2024.
